Job purpose
To support the marketing department acting as a brand guardian, ensuring one voice is unified across all content and communication channels. Promote the brand when engaging with all stakeholders both internal and external
Improve brand perception and build brand awareness and loyalty among existing and potential customer and clients/landlords.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing – UK & ROI, the Communications Manager role with a focus on our key two audiences, B2C (customer) and B2B (landlords/clients) while also overseen aspects of our internal marketing communication to our third audience (front line team).
The role will involve developing and implementing strategies in a wide range of areas related to brand guardianship, sales promotional strategies and product launches, focusing on relationship management across different platforms. App Loyalty Scheme, Social Media, Website, Newsletters etc.
This role is a key function to the business and therefore will require to work closely with all departments both in the UK & ROI through an exciting period of change and growth.
