This is a new role within the business and it will be fundamental to ensuring that there is excellent communication between the operational team in our sites and working remotely, and our Support Centre (Head Office). The Central Operations Manager will work to ensure that all initiatives from the Support Centre land well in sites, and that operations are able to constantly feedback into the Support Centre to always ensure initiative relevance and impact.
This role will have great variety as it will change as the business evolves and grows.
